The Objective

The Defense Commissary Agency (Department of Defense) set out to modernize its Reward Card Program so patrons can join and use it without a physical card, including through the CLICK2GO White Label App barcode, to increase participation. Tebeau Group delivered the Digital Loyalty Registration Capability (DLRC): a simplified digital registration integrated with DeCA's Enterprise Business Solution (EBS) Emerald software, Fastlane SelfServ and the CLICK2GO / Freshop platform, working with NCR Voyix APIs. Each registration creates a unique 10-digit ID. Scope includes support, maintenance and administration.

What We Delivered

Cardless Registration and Point of Sale: Patrons can present a scannable barcode in the eCommerce smartphone app, or an existing 10-digit alternate ID, at the point of sale. A loyalty ID is assigned automatically at registration, and reward card IDs are converted to UPC-A barcode format. A 10-digit alternate ID is mandatory for existing DLRC support, and patrons can opt in or out of email marketing during registration.
Platform Integrations: Integration with NCR Voyix APIs, DeCA's Enterprise Business Solution (EBS) Emerald software, Fastlane SelfServ and the CLICK2GO / Freshop platform. Patrons can update their alternate IDs through CLICK2GO / Freshop.
Milestones and Sustainment: Milestone management from kickoff through progressive deployment across test environments, with weekly sustainment reports. Scope includes support, maintenance and administration.
