Project Brief

1st Class Heat & Air is a family-owned HVAC company serving the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, specializing in residential heating, air conditioning, and indoor air quality services. Despite delivering exceptional service and earning near-perfect review ratings, they were struggling to compete digitally against larger, well-funded competitors in one of the most competitive HVAC markets in the country.

Their existing brand identity was outdated and inconsistent across touchpoints. Their website was slow, not mobile-optimized, and lacked the conversion mechanisms needed to turn visitors into booked appointments. They had no video content, no audio branding, and no structured marketing campaigns driving consistent lead flow.

Tebeau Group was brought on to execute a complete brand transformation — from the ground up. The scope included a new logo and brand identity, a high-converting website, professional video production, a multi-channel digital marketing campaign spanning SEO, AISO, and PPC, a custom company jingle for radio and digital ads, and the design of a recurring membership program to drive long-term customer retention and predictable revenue.
